Identified

The team has a temporary fix in place at the moment and users should see improved speed in downloading of resources/dispatches.

Please recommend to all users to update their apps to the latest versions.
- Device Magic Android = 2024.4.0
- Device Magic iOS = 2024.3.5

There is still an ongoing investigation into the underlying cause of the issue.
