We want to update you regarding the significant service outage that affected the Device Magic platform last night and this morning. We are pleased to report that as of 8am (EDT) today, all impacted services have been fully restored.

Our DevOps and Engineering teams were alerted as soon as the issue began and worked diligently and with the highest priority to restore all services as quickly as possible.

Impacted Services included:

- Management Console was inaccessible
- The Forms app was unable to connect to our servers
- Forms were unable to download resources
- Form submissions could not be uploaded
- Devices could not sign in or out of organizations

We recognize how disruptive this was for your operations and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Restoring normal service was our absolute priority and we are grateful for your patience as our team worked to resolve the issue.
